RESOURCE

All inclusive fixed cost per FTE (Full time equivalent).Billing is based on total agents regardless of total volumes. Advatix is responsible for optimizing the resource/s through scheduling and WFM RTA to achieve SLA's and deliver excellent customer service.

HOUR

Like FTE billing except offering some flexibility in resource deployment (Partial FTE). Customer is responsible for required hours and Advatix will be responsible for optimizing the resources.

COST PER TRANSACTION

In mature programs where AHT is well-established , Advatix can shoulder the responsibility for productivity. The customer pay for each Ticket; provides the projected volumes, and Advatix manages the FTE requirements, hiring, and training to support the volumes and achieve contracted service levels and KPIs.
