Position Summary:
The VP of Client Growth will lead the acquisition of a new logo across nonprofit clients and agency partners. This leader drives the company’s revenue growth strategy and execution across Sales and Marketing functions. The Vice President of Client Growth (Sales and Marketing) will drive strategic expansion and revenue initiatives across the print industry by leveraging inventive sales and marketing solutions to grow client portfolios and strengthen long-term partnerships.
This role will lead and align all revenue-generating functions to ensure consistent and predictable growth, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion. This is a high-impact position that will shape the company's future trajectory. This is a “hands-on” hunter role and requires consistent pipeline management and direct client and partner engagement. This role works directly with the agency brands on building the best offering and solution for our prospective clients, leveraging the wealth of our portfolio offering and expertise.




Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated revenue strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Set clear revenue targets and ensure alignment of Sales and Marketing efforts to meet or exceed those targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion into untapped nonprofit verticals or segments
  • Actively prospect and engage with nonprofits and agency partners, informing, educating, and selling them on the value of our brands and differentiated fundraising offerings and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to forecast revenue, set KPIs, and report on progress against company goals

Sales Execution
  • Oversee the new logo sales cycle, from lead generation to client acquisition
  • Develop key metrics to measure pipeline health, sales performance, and client success
  • Foster strategic relationships with nonprofit clients and industry agency partners to drive new and repeat business
  • Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and metrics for performance management and pipeline visibility
  • Cultivate high-level relationships with nonprofit consultants, thought leaders, and decision-makers to establish long-term client partnerships and a favorable perspective of our brand
  • Drive a consultative selling culture focused on understanding nonprofit missions and delivering tailored fundraising solutions

Marketing Leadership
  • Oversee the development and execution of brand, demand generation, content, and digital marketing strategies
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with the sales funnel and support lead generation and client retention
  • Elevate the company’s thought leadership position within the nonprofit sector
  • Use market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging

Revenue Optimization
  • Analyze and optimize pricing models, service offerings, and client segments to increase profitability
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, improve targeting, and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to align service delivery with client expectations and revenue goals

Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative Sales & Marketing organization
  • Partner with Design Agencies, Client Services, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success of clients
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling sales and marketing functions, preferably in direct mail, marketing services, or nonprofit sectors
  • Broad experience with manufacturing in print and digital operations
  • A deep understanding of nonprofit fundraising and/or direct mail marketing is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building go-to-market strategies, managing teams, and driving sustained revenue growth
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a mission-driven, client-focused, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for purpose-driven work and the nonprofit community
