Fulfillment Specialist 

Role Summary 

Our client is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join their rapidly growing team. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery of quality products to customers. The ideal candidate excels in efficiently executing repetitive tasks, is detail-oriented, and can work quickly and accurately. 

Key Results Areas 

  • Study and learn product SKUs and names 

  • Ensure excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders 

  • Accurately pick items from inventory and inspect orders before shipping. 

  • Perform monthly inventory count of all products and supplies 

  • Work with shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL to ship customer orders 

  • Work with Operations Manager to develop proficiency for company systems (Shopify, Amazon Seller, Order Cup, Vendor Bridge (Mercury Commerce/Costco)) 

  • Accurately complete all fulfillment and e-commerce administrative tasks such as printing orders and shipping labels, preparing customs paperwork for international orders, and email inbox management for wholesale & distributor orders 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

  • A collaborative & positive attitude with a desire to grow and invest energy in your job 

  • Able to stand for long periods; able to squat, crouch, and lift at least 40 lbs. 

  • Able to stand for periods up to and exceeding 60 minutes 

  • Able to read English fluently, follow verbal instructions, be detail-oriented, and be able to function independently 

  • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and computer skills 

  • Dependable and reliable transportation
