Independent Delivery Partner
Role Description
The Independent Delivery Partner (IDP) is an independent business owner that is directly responsible for driving their own success and the success of their client's organizations by executing on-time deliveries to local customers of an iconic American company. The IDP may be the sole proprietor or operate a network of delivery vehicles. As an independent partner, you will be at home every night and the more routes/drivers you have, the higher your earnings will be.
As a business leader, the IDP ensures execution of the assignments, and that expectations are clearly understood and communicated as needed. Operating as a self-starter with experience in Delivery Operations environments means that the IDP will be a “key contributor” to the customers’ outcomes, resulting in ongoing opportunity ensuring continuous business growth.

Operational Key Results Area
May have routes in surrounding states – ex: VA, DE, DC
Prepares to execute delivery operations to include loading the vehicle in an efficient manner for unloading and confirming customer orders
Comply with driver guidelines – local, state and federal
Effectively operates and maintains equipment in a safe, productive manner
Anticipates and adapts to changing organizational and operational needs
Demonstrates interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer experiences
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
