Security Installation Associate
Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Security Installation Associate to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining security systems. The ideal candidate knows 120 low voltage and provides excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Results Areas
Install and maintain security systems for residential and/or commercial clients
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems
Keep the customer always informed on the project, including job status, updates, schedule changes, delays, RFI’s, coordination of acceptance testing
Attend construction meetings and coordination meetings
Ensures assigned installations are completed on time and within budget
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in security system installation and maintenance
Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid ACE Card or willing to get one
Driver’s license
Stand, walk, crawl, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
Work in attics and under homes if necessary
