Delivery Driver
Role Summary
Our client is looking for talented Delivery Drivers to join our team and provide delivery to multiple business channels. The Delivery Driver reports to the Logistics Manager and supports day-to-day deliveries within an assigned area while also being responsible for various projects that will support the overall goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Loading, transporting, and delivering to clients in a safe and timely manner
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are completed properly
Adhering to merchandising and cleanliness standards for each and every delivery
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and directing any complaints from clients through the correct channel
Following DOT and OSHA safety guidelines while maintaining a safe driving record
Follow assigned routes and schedule times using communication tools to execute your route
Loading and unloading high quantities of boxes
Skills and Qualifications
6months -1 year experience driving a Cargo Van or Box truck
Ability to operate and navigate sprinter vans and effectively use GPS
Must possess a current valid driver’s license
Clean driving record is required
Pick and Pack experience in a high-volume facility
Highly collaborative and consistently working on process improvement
Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on apps
Detail oriented, reliable, on time, and organized
Able to lift, pull, push, and move boxes up to 50+ pounds
Capable of lifting, bending, reaching above the head, climbing stairs, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during shifts
